It's a cold wet rainy Sunday in Lagos today (at least on my side of Lagos). The kind of weather that calls for something hot and spicy. Like this hot and spicy Agemawo (beef with skin on), and you step it down with a nice bottle of drink!
Who has tried boiling Tigernut milk? Did you know when you boil Tigernut milk, it turns to pap (ogi/akamu/koko). This as a result of the high starch content in the Tigernut. If your Tigernut milk already contains Coconut, it makes the consistency creamier.
Happy Easter everyone. What did make for Easter. We had plain Ogbono soup with pounded yam. My son and his dad prefer their Ogbono without vegetables.
I cooked my Frejon one pot style this Good Friday.
