Goulash originally is a stew or soup made with beef and Vegetable
1kg Chopped Pork
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
4 large carrots
1 large onions
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Oriental Five Spices
*1/4 tsp sea salt (you can absolutely do without any salt at all)
1 cup sweet and sour chill sauce ( i had some left over)

Chop your peppers, carrots, and onions into large chunks and set aside.
In a large wok on medium heat add, olive oil, dark and light soy sauce, chopped onions and chopped pork. Stir with a ladle till the well incorporated, add Oriental 5 spices, allow pork to simmer for 5 mins, (you may add 1/4 cup of water if you want the meat really tender) once the meat shows a bit of doneness add the chopped vegetables, keep stirring till well incorporated,leave for 5 mins and then add the sweet n Sour Chilli sauce , stir in properly, turn heat down completely and allow to simmer for 10 mins and turn off the heat.
I served this with Basmati Rice and it was super yummy! Washed down with a cup of iced Grapefruit Juice. Oh goodness!
