Mango Cream

Two ingredients is all you need! Mango Juice and Heavy Cream and you will be Mango cream heaven! I know right!! Super easy

Oh and you need a blender or a mixer to whip them both together

Procedure

  • 1 Cup Mango Juice (Fresh Mango Juice works best)
  • 3/4 Cup Heavy Cream (in Nigerian stores they are sold as whipping cream, key is to get one with at least 33% fat content)
  • Mix together at high speed for less than a minute. Don’t over whisk so it doesn’t split. And voila you have Mango cream!

For the Adult Version

Add 1/4 Cup of Whiskey!

  2. I just always look forward to next food idea you have to offer. This is beautiful. Can yogurt work in place of the heavy cream or is their a particular brand you can recommend?
